The conditions of sale are agreed between MIGUEL MOREIRA NEVES, UNIPESSOAL LDA, hereinafter referred to as “JN SEATCOVERS”, with its registered office at Rua Passos Manuel, nº 163, Calendar 4760-375 – Vila Nova de Famalicão and between any person wishing to make a purchase through the JN SEATCOVERS website, hereinafter referred to as “user”.

JN SEATCOVERS is a company specialized in the production of covers for benches and bikes, quads and water scooters.

OBJECT

The purpose of these conditions is to define the general conditions of sale, established between JN SEATCOVERS and the User, from the time of ordering and the various services provided such as the modes of payment and the conditions of delivery.

ORDER

You can place your order online at the JN SEATCOVERS website (www.jn-seatcovers.com). We currently sell only to countries belonging to the European Community.

To finalize your order, the User must identify himself indicating his email or his Client number and password, in case he is already a user.

In the case of a first order, the user must create his client account by making a first registration where he must fill in all the required data in the required fields, duly marked with an asterisk. Following this registration will generate a customer number that will be assigned to you.

By placing your order, the User acknowledges the general conditions of sale, prices and description of the articles contemplated in this transaction. These general conditions of sale shall be the only applicable between the two parties.

All orders placed will have to be paid in advance, through the payment methods: Visa card, mastercard, MBnet, PayPal, or MB reference.

Sent Methods

Orders will be sent to the destination of the customer depending on the place of delivery plus the shipping costs that will be generated at the end of the order.

For Continental Portugal the shipments will be free.

Shipments to international destinations may be subject to customs duties or import duties that differ from country to country and whose value we can not predict. You should contact local authorities for more information.

The average delivery time is three (3) to six (6) business days. Any delay in the dispatch of articles, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not give the Client any indemnification rights.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit card (Visa and MasterCard)

Paypal

The User will be automatically forwarded to the PayPal site, where he must authenticate and validate the payment.

After validating the Paypal payment, the User will return to the payment page on the JN SEATCOVERS website to effect their purchase.

With PayPal, Customer’s financial information is never communicated to JN SEATCOVERS. PayPal encrypts and protects the customer’s credit card number permanently.

ATM

By choosing this mode of payment, an ATM will be generated and the customer will receive an e-mail with the data to make the payment in an ATM or Homebanking service. After the order is placed, you have 3 days to make the payment. If payment is not made within the indicated period JN SEATCOVERS reserves the right to proceed with the cancellation of the order.

PRICES

The prices of the JN SEATCOVERS website products are presented in euros, with taxes and duties included. The prices shown take into account the VAT applicable to the day of the order. Any modification of the applicable VAT rate will be reflected in the prices of the articles. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Although JN SEATCOVERS seeks to ensure that all prices shown on your site are correct, errors may occur

Upon completion of the order any price error that may be displayed on the site due to technical anomalies will be detected. In this situation the User will be contacted. If the price of the product presented on the site is in fact lower, the difference is returned. If the price is higher, the customer will be contacted and can accept or cancel the order.

RETURN (Right of free resolution)

All delivered items can be subject to a return and refund request, ONLY by defect of the product, within 15 days.

For the return to be accepted, the return note that is on the back of the delivery note must be duly filled in. The defect must be identified and located clearly.

You will also need to leave the telephone number and contact email as well as the appropriate time in case it is necessary to clarify any doubts about the return.

The return must be made in its original packaging with all its accessories, labels, instruction manuals and other documentation. Add the Delivery Note and return note to the item (s) you wish to return.

No used articles will be accepted

REFUND

The refund, after validation of the reason for return, by default, will be made up to 7 working days after receipt of the product in our facilities.

This will be done in the same payment method used for the purchase. In the case of payments made by Multibanco, the refund will be made by bank transfer using the IBAN associated with the Client Account. If you do not have IBAN filled in the Customer Account, you must do so at www.jn-seatcovers.com in your Customer Area.

SIGNATURE AND EVIDENCE

All existing computerized records kept in JN SEATCOVERS ‘computer systems in a safe condition will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments made between the parties, in accordance with the legal provisions and will allow the amounts appearing in the order confirmation email. This validation is valid as a signature and acceptance of all operations carried out on the JN SEATCOVERS website.

The User who does not have a Customer number must register in order to create his Client Account, following all the steps described in paragraph 2, Orders.

RESPONSIBILITY

In any of the stages of accessing the site, from the ordering process to the delivery or other subsequent services, JN SEATCOVERS only has a media obligation. All warranties and any liability for the inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular, a service interruption, an external intrusion, the presence of computer viruses or any case of force majeure are excluded, thus classified by the jurisprudence of the courts , to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All items sold are described and presented on the site as accurately as possible. If, despite all the precautions of JN SEATCOVERS, errors are made at www.jn- seatcovers.com, this will not be liable for that fact. Except in case of guarantee, any operation between JN SEATCOVERS and its Users, not disputed within 6 months, can not give rise to any claim.

JN SEATCOVERS reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information and commercial offer presented. Every effort is often made to ensure that the information presented is free from typographical errors. however, in case the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the user will be informed and will have the right to withdraw from the purchase. Whenever an anomalous situation is identified this will be corrected as soon as possible.

TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

By registering or ordering on the JN SEATCOVERS website you will be asked for some personal data to the User, which data will be processed. For more information you should consult the “Privacy Policy”

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

JN SEATCOVERS branded articles are protected by copyright, trademark or patent. All these elements are the exclusive property of JN SEATCOVERS.

INTEGRAL AGREEMENT

The General Conditions of Sale presented constitute the entire agreement between the parties in reference.

If one of the clauses becomes null and void, by virtue of a legislative, normative or sentence change, this should in no way affect its validity and respect.

DURATION

The conditions set out apply throughout the duration of the services offered by JN SEATCOVERS. All articles unique to the site are valid up to the limit of available stocks.
